Projects and Publications

I hold a PhD in from the Norwich Medical School, United Kingdom. My research was largely clinical based, but also involved mechanistic studies that aimed to deduce interactions between the genome, metabolome and indicators of dysfunction in the vasculature.

Subsequent to this I have worked in science communication, on in-silico research using neural networks and in industry as a Data Engineer and Data Scientist.

I spent time at Central Square, constructing ETL pipelines and overseeing large data conversion projects for their enterprise software and as a Senior Data Scientist as Delta Bravo AI, solving business problems in the industrial and agricultural sectors.

Currently I work at Arch Capital as Lead Statistical Analyst and Model Manager.

A number of public facing projects I have worked on are detailed below:

Academic Publications

DeepSuccinylSite: a deep learning based approach for protein succinylation site prediction

Differential effects of EPA versus DHA on postprandial vascular function and the plasma oxylipin profile in men
